The evils of drag racing....

Ahhh well, I was really going to go to Round 3 of the SCCA Slush series, but, as luck would have it, I didn't.
I went drag racing with my father and the Impala SS Club that he belonds to. Go ROD.
Sorry Cat. I seem to have missed your first event as Chair. :)
Anyway. Here are some pics from the Chevy day at Sacramento Raceway Drag Strip. There were about 23 Impala's there. Including a 11 second daily driver.
First off, here's my Dad and his 3'rd Mid-life crisis.
Then just to show off, here's Troy Clark's 11 Second Impala And, yes, he does drive it to work most days.

We filled the entrance road into the dragstrip. I was in a middle car... Looking back... Looking forward.
